The Drink List

Starbucks has quickly become my favorite coffee house. As part of my challenge over the next 2. 5 years, I plan on trying every specialty drink they have on the menu. Let's face it though, the menu is always changing so I am going by what is on the menu at the time of writing this. Some of them admittedly do not seem to be my cup of tea (pun intended), but thanks to their new short (8 oz) size, I don't feel so bad about trying out the iffy ones. As I try a flavor, it gets crossed off the list below. I will rate them on a 3 star rating scale: 1 = Did not like it, 2 = It was okay, but wouldn't go out of the way to order again and 3 = Liked it/Loved it, would purchase again. Follow along as I spend a lot of coffee money.

• Caffe Misto - A cup of brewed coffee with steamed milk. Its a very simple, and smooth drink. 2 stars
• Iced Coffee - Brewed from Starbucks Terraza Blend. Enjoy this cold, sweetened iced coffee with or without milk. 2 stars
• Pike Place Roast - Rich and medium-bodied, this brew has a smooth balance that makes it a great all-around coffee to drink anytime. 3 stars
• Blonde Roast - Lighter-bodied and mellow, Starbucks® Blonde Roast coffees awaken the senses gently. 3 stars

Chocolate Beverages (4) - DONE

• Hot Chocolate- Made with steamed milk, vanilla and mocha-flavored syrups, and topped with a generous swirl of sweetened whipped cream. 3 stars
• Peppermint Hot Chocolate - Hot chocolate flavored with peppermint. 3 stars
• Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate - A smooth, buttery drizzle of caramel mocha and toffee nut syrup and a sprinkle of our sea salt topping blend 3 stars
• White Hot Chocolate- Buttery white chocolate flavored sauce to make our traditional hot chocolate even richer. A superlative new twist on a beloved classic. 3 stars

• Caffe Americano- A simple espresso shot with hot water. The amount of shots depends on the size of your cup. 1 star
• Caffe Latte- An espresso shot with hot milk. The typical Starbucks drink. This coffee can be combined with any flavor. 3 stars
• Caffe Mocha- An espresso drink with chocolate and milk. Will come with whipped cream.  1 star
• Cappuccino - A latte filled with both foam and milk. Very light with a stronger taste of espresso. 3 stars
• Caramel Brulee Latte (seasonal)-  Freshly brewed espresso and steamed milk, flavored with buttery-rich caramel Brulée sauce. 2 stars
• Caramel Macchiato- A specialty Starbucks drink. It includes espresso, vanilla, milk, and caramel topping. 3 stars
• Cinnamon Dolce Latte- Another specialty Starbucks drink. It includes expresso, cinnamon, milk, and cinnamon sugar topping. 2  stars
• Cocoa Cappuccino - Espresso, sweet mocha and foamy milk. 1 star
• Eggnog Latte (seasonal)- Rich espresso beverage that’s complemented with subtle holiday spices, steamed milk and topped with nutmeg. 3 stars

• Chocolate Viviano Smoothie- Made with real fruit and whey protein and fiber powder. But the not-so-secret-ingredient that gives this one the edge in deliciousness: the flavor of chocolate.
• Orange Mango Viviano Smoothie- Take one whole banana, blend it with natural orange mango juice, add a generous serving of milk and whey protein and fiber powder, then blend it with ice.
